POLICE have disrupted a drug dealing racket in north Antrim this evening.

The PSNI say a 27-year-old man was arrested after a foot chase in the Ballymena area earlier this evening.

As as a result, 19 bags of cannabis & 140 tablets were found nearby.

The man has been charged with possession of class B drugs and possession of them with intent to supply under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

He will appear in Ballymena Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
