Howard Hastings, Managing Director of Hastings Hotels joined Stephen Meldrum, General Manager of the Slieve Donard Resort & Spa and Deputy General Manager Ciaran Murtagh to celebrate the hotel being crowned the supreme winner of the Irish hospitality industry at the 25th Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal awards in Dublin this week.
