TWO MEN CHARGED OVER £70,000 COCAINE HAUL

TWO men aged 62 and 40 have been charged with a range of drugs offences.

This includes possession of class A drugs, possession of class A drugs with intent to supply, importing class A controlled drug and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

A third man, aged 28,  was charged with possession of class A drug and possession of a class A drug with intent to supply.

All three are expected to appear at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Monday morning, June 1.

As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

The charges follow an operation by PSNI Organised Crime Unit in Armagh and Coalisland on Friday night in which more than £70,000 worth of suspected cocaine was seized.
