A LEADING Northern Ireland technology company announced new milestones this week including the successful migration of over 6m people across 57 countries to the cloud and three-fold growth in its Belfast-headquartered team using its migration technology.
Led by NI native and Managing Director Darren Mawhinney, who returned to the city having worked internationally, CloudMigrator365 helps companies of all sizes to become truly digital by successfully migrating email and data to the Microsoft’s Office 365 cloud.
Its customers include global brand leaders, IT professional services providers and SMEs.
A general term for the delivery of hosted services over the internet, cloud computing enables companies to use software or applications as a utility (like electricity) rather than having to build and maintain computing infrastructures in-house.
Cloud adoption worldwide has grown significantly in recent years with research from Forrester predicting a surge in uptake by companies in 2017.
The Northern Ireland company is growing rapidly most notably adding LinkedIn, YMCA (Canada) and The University of Bristol, to its ever-expanding global client-list.
The company is also currently expanding its workforce and global partnership network to support this growth and demand with the support of Invest Northern Ireland.
