Man to face Belfast court on ‘flashing’ charge

A man is to face a court today for allegedly ‘flashing’ at a member of the public.

It follows a report to police just after 7 pm on Monday about an indecent exposure incident in the Malone Road area of south Belfast.

A 44 year old male was arrested and has subsequently been charged with indecent exposure.

He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Police say the same male was also arrested on suspicion of five other counts of indecent exposure.

He has been released on police bail on these counts pending further inquiries.
