Serious crime suite in Antrim

DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit have arrested a 52-year-old man.

A PSNI spokesperson said the man was detained by detectives following a search carried out in south Derry this morning.

The spokesperson said the man had been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Antrim Police Station where he is “currently assisting police with their enquiries.”

No further details have been given.
