NORTHERN Ireland’s roads have claimed another crash victim.

Police say a 21-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital following the vehicle crash in Armagh.

The accident happened on the Monaghan Road at around 5 am on Sunday morning.

The victim was rushed to the Craigavon Area Hospital for treatment to his serious injuries.

The road is closed and diversions are in place while police crash investigators examine the scene.

On Friday, a man was left seriously injured following a crash in Co Tyrone.

So far this year the province’s roads have claimed eight lives.
