A pipe bomb has been made safe during a security alert in a Co Down village.
Residents were evacuated their homes on Wednesday night at Ballykeel Court in Ballymartin.
Army bomb squad officers defused the device before removing it for examination.
It is the second pipe bomb to be made safe in a day.
Hours earlier, a bomb squad team defused a device on the Larne Road in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim.
