Forensic officers at the scene of a fatal stabbing in Dungannon on Thursday

A FOREIGN national is to face a court on Saturday morning charged with murdering a migrant worker.

Detectives charged the man with the murder on Friday following 24 hours of questioning.

Luis Nazario Ximenes was killed in the Woodvale Park of Dungannon, Co Tyrone in the early hours of the morning following a row.

The 36-year-old, who was originally from East Timor, had been living and working in Dungannon.

A 34-year-old man, who arrested on Thursday, was been charged with murder and is due to appear before Omagh Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.

Detectives from the PSNI’s Major Investigation Team have set up a special incident room Dungannon PSNI Station.
