unionist protesters gathered outside the bbc tonight to protest against steven nolan and his one sided opinion reguards the flag protests, the banter was very good, and the banter with the security guards was great, then a member of the public who was not a protester but is known by the protesters came up to tell us that natiolalist had gathered at the the road running down the side of primark and carrick hill holding hammers, hatchets and bottles waiting for protesters from the shankill/woodvale areas on there return home,so the protest at the bbc had to be cut short and the shankill/woodvale protesters had to be escorted to the lower shankill by a row of psni vehicals
