Police probe five vehicle accident on M3
RUSH HOUR traffic was hit on Wednesday evening with a huge snarl up for homeward bound motorists.
Up to five cars – including lorries and car – were involved in the crash which happened on the M3 at Lagan Bridge.
It left both Bangor-bound carriageways towards the Sydenham bypass blocked.
Ambulances rushed to the scene and a number of people were treated for their injuries.
Police warned motorits of long delays and affected traffic leaving Belfast city centre.
