Missing woman Elaine McDowell
THE PSNI say officers are increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing 51 year old woman.
Elaine McDowell has been missing since yesterday afternoon, Tuesday 28th April.
She was last seen walking on the Old Shore Road in Newtownards at around 12.45pm.
A police spokesperson said: “We consider Elaine to be a vulnerable person and we are keen to establish her whereabouts.”
Anyone with information that could help us locate Elaine is asked to contact police on 101.
One woman says she saw a woman yesterday sitting at a bus stop wearing a brown coat with the hood up on the Portaferry Road in Ards yesterday afternoon.
