FIVE MEN STABBED IN STREET ROW

Police sceneDETECTIVES are investigating a stabbing incident which left five men injured.

The attack happened at Meeting House Street in Donaghadee, Co Down yesterday evening, Monday, March 16.

Police received a report around 7.50 pm that five men suffered non life threatening stab wounds and other injuries as a result of an altercation in the street involving two groups of men.

Detective Constable Adrian Keon said, “Police enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident are ongoing and I would appeal to anyone who witnessed this incident or who has any information to contact CID at Newtownards on 101.

“Information can also be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
