One of the first hair salons in Northern Ireland to launch its own dedicated app, Bespoke is ensuring that clients can take control of their booking in a simple and easy way without being restricted by tight schedules in their busy day to day lives.

The app, currently available on all Apple devices, allows interaction at any time of the day to book, rebook and manage hair appointments at either of Bespoke’s two salons on Belfast’s Belmont Road or University Road.

Clients can also book with specific stylists and colourists, book specialist treatments, meet the team and view photos of Bespoke’s style collections and salons.

“We are excited to be one of the first salons in Northern Ireland to offer this free app service in a world that is now so dependent on mobile technology and the services it can provide,” said salon owner Stewart Lilley at the launch of the app.

“Our clients have already been able to book appointments on our website or directly from our facebook page so the launch of the new app was a natural progression for us which we believe keeps us at the forefront of the industry and gives us a cutting edge over other salons,” he added.

“We understand the demands of work and family life so we want to take some of that pressure off by offering clients a new and interactive way to book appointments with ease in their own time, as well as getting to know the Bespoke team.

“The app is currently available on all Apple devices but we hope to have an android and tablet version available soon,” he concluded.

To download the app for free, clients can simply go to the Apple store and search for Bespoke Hair.
