DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch have charged a teenager with making hoax bomb calls and planting hoax devices.
The 19-year-old was arrested during a swoop on Monday following a seven month investigation by detectives based at Gough Barracks in Armagh.
He has been charged with 14 counts of making hoax bomb calls last summer in the Craigavon area.
The suspect is further accused of three charges of placing hoax devices and one charge of wasting police time.
The teen is to face Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday at a first remand hearing.
