POLICE have reopened the Westlink in west Belfast after a child and an adult were taken to hospital following a crash at the Broadway underpass.

Three vehicles were involved in the collision around 7.30 pm.

Paramedics who rushed to the scene later took the adult to the accident and emergency department at the nearby Royal Victoria Hospital.

The child was taken to the Royal Hospital for Sick Children.

At this stage, their conditions are not yet known.
