PSNI appeal after masked men shot teen in both legs

DETECTIVES  are investigating a loyalist paramilitary punishment attack after a teenager has been shot in both legs by masked men.

The three men, of whom was also carrying a baseball bat, entered a house at Glebe Avenue in Coleraine around 5 am on Monday and shot him in the legs.

The victim is currently being treated in the Causeway Hospital in Coleraine for his injuries.

Detectives in Coleraine have appealed for anyone with information to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
