Police in Newtownabbey respond to a number of call outs on Wednesday

PSNI NEWTOWNABBEY: “A quick update with incidents within the Macedon area for Wednesday, September 11.

“Members of the Macedon Neighbourhood Team were in an area of Rathcoole carrying out a task in relation to the Mis Use of Drugs.

“8.35pm report of youths letting of Fireworks in the Fernagh area.

“10.40pm report of a Suzuki motorcycle stolen from Bleach Green Avenue.

“11.25pm person searched by Police within the Macedon area and a small amount of suspected Class B drugs found on them.

“11.35pm member of the public reported finding a person collapsed. Police attended and assisted Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. This person was conveyed to hospital.
