Police say all lanes on the Westlink have now re-opened

THE PSNI has said on Wednesday night that all all lanes on the Westlink in Belfast have now re-opened.

The countrybound and citybound lanes had been closed earlier this evening because of the persistent rain over the past 11 hours in Belfast which had flooded the lanes at the Broadway underpass.

Diversions at Broadway have now been lifted.
