Detectives in north Down question man over sex offences

DETECTIVES investigating sex offences in north Down have arrested a 46-year-old man on Monday.

The suspect was detained in connection with incidents that occurred between 1996 and 2008 in the North Down and Belfast areas.

A PSNI spokesperson said detectives in Newtownards are currently investigating the offences.
