Police appeal for information in tracing missing Grace Nugent

A woman who went missing after a dinner date has made contact with her family.

Grace Nugent was last seen at her home in the Sessiadonaghy Road in Dungannon at around 7.15pm on Friday when she left for a dinner date in Omagh, Co Tyrone.

Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness tweeted on Sunday that she had been in contact with her family.

The 25-year-old was described as 5′ 3″, of slim build with long straight hair dark dyed red or mahogany.

She was wearing a navy coat with a fur collar, a blue dress and nude-coloured shoes.

Grace drives a red-coloured Seat Ibiza car registration number ULZ4625.

It is thought she could have gone to Donegal to visit a new friend.
