Four people in hospital over two vehicle crash in Co Antrim

FOUR people have been ferried to hospital after a serious two-vehicle smash.

A car and a van were involved in the incident which happened on the Belfast Road at Kilroot, Co Antrim earlier on Monday.

The four victims have been taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital, where they are described as being in a stable condition.

A number of roads in the area have been closed following the crash.
