THE PSNI are supporting the charity Crimestoppers NI in a campaign aimed at raising the public’s awareness of rural crime.
The campaign promotes crime prevention measures and makes an appeal for individuals to report any information which may be of assistance to the police.
Any information received by Crimestoppers is guaranteed to be dealt with anonymously.
The PSNI said: “We fully understand the devastating effect that crime has on rural communities and farm businesses, and the emotional distress that this causes individuals.
“The Police Service is wholly committed to working together with other agencies and partners to reduce rural crime across Northern Ireland.”
