TWO MEN AND A WOMAN VICIOUSLY ASSAULTED IN NORTH BELFAST HOUSE

DETECTIVES  are appealing for witnesses following an aggravated burglary at a house in Wyndham Street in north Belfast around 7.15 am this morning, Sunday, July 14.

Detective Inspector Keith Wilson said: “Police received a report that two males, armed with a crowbar, had forced entry to a house and assaulted two males and a female who were in the property.

“They were taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries that are not considered life threatening.

“The intruders then made off from the property on foot.

“I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has any information about this incident to contact detectives at Musgrave Police Station on 101 quoting reference 499 14/07/19.

“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
