Man to ace Omagh Magistrates’ Court today over murder bid on woman

A 46 year old man has been charged with attempted murder of a woman and possessing offensive weapon in public place.

He is due to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates Court today, Wednesday, 17 October.

As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

The charges are in connection with an incident in the Coolcullen Meadow Enniskillen on Sunday, October 14 when a woman was attacked.

On Tuesday, a 23-year-old man was also charged to the same court with trying to kill the woman.
