DETECTIVES have charged a 40 year old man with a number of offences including hijacking and possession of a firearm.
It is part of an investigation into a hijacking incident at a carpark in Bangor’s Bingham Street on Thursday 20th September
He is due to appear at Newtownards Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 22nd September for a first remand hearing.
Four other men arrested in connection with this incident were released on bail pending further police enquiries.
