PARAMILITARY CRIME TASK FORCE CHARGE MAN WITH CLASS A DRUG DEALING

Man to face court over dealing in Class A and Class  B drugs

DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Paramilitary Crime Task Force have charged a 30 year old man with a number of drugs offences.

He has been accused of possession and supply of Class A controlled drug; possession of Class A controlled drug with intent to supply and possession of a Class B controlled drug

He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court on Thursday, September 6.

As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

The PSNI, HM Revenue & Customs and the National Crime Agency have established the Paramilitary Crime Taskforce to tackle criminality linked to paramilitarism as part of the Executive’s action plan on tackling paramilitary activity, criminality and organised crime.
