A 27-year-old woman arrested yesterday, Saturday 11 August, on suspicion of a number of offences, including attempted murder, has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
A 31-year-old man who was also arrested on suspicion of a number of offences, including attempted murder, remains in police custody.
The arrests were made by detectives following an altercation on Main Street in Ballycarry shortly after 1 am yesterday morning.
It was reported that an altercation took place between a number of people outside a public house on the street.
Three men, two aged in their 30s and one aged in his 60s, were treated in hospital for stab wounds to their body as a result of the incident.
Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
