IT’S SCONE TO BE A RECORD BREAKER!

TO mark the 150th anniversary of Neill’s Flour, one of Northern Ireland’s best loved brands, Sales and Marketing Manager Karl McCrum has teamed up with Warren Patton of Patton’s Bakery and celebrity chef Jenny Bristow to attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Scone.

The attempt will take place next month at Patton’s Bakery and as the current record for the world’s largest scone weighs in at 119 kg, the baking team will have to raise the bar to ensure they can bring the record to Northern Ireland for the first time ever!

They will also be joined by students from the Belfast Metropolitan College who are sure to be the records icing on the cake!
