DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s ‘Vice Squad’ have charged a 60-year-old man in east Belfast as part of an investigation into prostitution.
The PSNI says he is to face Belfast Magistrates’ Court this morning for a first remand hearing.
He has been charged with controlling prostitution for gain, brothel keeping and causing or inciting prostitution for gain.
The man was arrested on Monday afternoon following a covert investigation.
He was taken to the custody suite at Musgrave PSNI station for overnight questioning.
