Una McCrudden passed away today following her fight against ovarian cancer

A daughter has pledged to continue her mother’s campaign to stem the tide of ovarian cancer.

Una Crudden died this morning at 7 am.

Her daughter Grainne said: “Just to let you all know our beautiful mother passed away peacefully this morning after 7am.

“She had all her children, Felix and her twin sister with her – may she rest in peace.

“Sleep tight mummy we miss you already!!!

“My heart is broken to have lost the most courageous and beautiful woman ive ever known – she’s now with her other babies and her mummy and daddy x”.

And her daughter added that fight against ovarian cancer is not and plans to keep up her mum’s work of raising awareness among women about it.
