POLICE have taken a disqualified driver off the road in south Belfast.

A police spokesperson said: “At 9.16pm yesterday, we arrested and subsequently charged a 34 year old female for driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance in the Shaftesbury area of South Belfast.

“She is due to appear in front of a district judge in Belfast Magistrates’ court in the middle of next month.”
