NI PAIR SHARE IN €4.9 MILLION LOTTO SYNDICATE WIN

National lotteryTWO members of a syndicate which has scooped almost €4.9 million in last night’s Irish National Lottery draw are from Northern Ireland.

Anna McKinney and Liam Bradley, who are both from Derry, are among the 13-member syndicate from the Forward Emphasis International call centre in Malin Head who each receive €375,000.

The other members of the group are Amanda McFadden, Marie McLaughlin, Maria Doherty, Annemarie Jordan, Patricia Quigley, Helen Doherty, Anna McKinney, Linda McDaid, Maria McCauley, Liam Bradley, Jimmy Bradley, Kerry McMonagle and Claire McElhinney, all from Inishowen.

The winning ticket was sold in Cullen’s at Cockhill in Buncrana.

One of the syndicate is currently flying back from her holiday in Spain to be in Dublin tomorrow to collect her winnings.
