MAN CHEATS INJURY IN LOYALIST GUN ATTACK

Police scene armed copDETECTIVES are investigating after a man was left shaken following a loyalist paramilitary shooting incident.

It happened at a house in Ballymoney in Co Antrim on Tuesday night around 11.30 pm.

Police said a number of men entered the house in the town’s Henry Street and fired at him but he escaped uninjured.

Detectives have appealed for anyone with information about the shooting to contact them at Ballymena CID on the non-emergency 101 number.
