POLICE are investigating a graffiti attack on GAA premises in a seaside town.

The attack happened at MacQuillan’s GAC club on the Whitepark Road area of Ballycastle in the early hours of Tuesday 15th July.

It is believed that the graffiti was sprayed onto the entrance walls and the clubhouse shortly after midnight.

CCTV footage is being examined by officers and enquiries are ongoing.

Police would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or anyone with any information about this incident to contact them at Ballycastle on the non emergency number 101.

No motive has yet been established for this incident
