POLICE in west Belfast have arrested two teenagers over a spate of motor offences and thefts.

A 16 year old male was detained on suspicion of theft from a person, going equipped for theft, using a motor vehicle without insurance and a number of other motoring offences.

A 17 year old was arrested on suspicion of theft of a person, robbery, taking a motor vehicle without lawful authority and other motoring offences in the Shaws Road area of Belfast on evening of Monday, 7th July.
