WOMAN AND CHILDREN CHEAT SERIOUS INJURY IN HOUSE ARSON ATTACK

Police scene armed copDETECTIVES in Antrim are appealing for information following the report of arson at residential premises in the Carnbrock Drive area of Antrim yesterday evening, Tuesday, 24 June.

At approximately 10.50pm police received a call that the front door of a house had been set on fire.

The female occupant and her three children, aged 15, 12 and 6 were treated for smoke inhalation.

Detectives would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has information to contact them at Antrim on the non emergency number 101.
