WOMAN ARRESTED IN NORTH BELFAST OVER DRUG DEALING

Strabane PSNI stationPOLICE have quizzed a woman following a planned search against drug dealing in north Belfast.

Officers raided a house in the Seaview Road area as part of an intelligence-led operation.

A 49 year old woman was arrested on suspicion of Possession of Class B controlled Drug, Possession of Class B controlled Drug with Intent to Supply, Possession of Class A controlled Drug and Possession of Class A controlled Drug with Intent to Supply.

Drugs paraphernalia was also seized by officers following the search and taken away for forensic examination.

The woman has been released on Police bail, pending further enquiries.
