POLICE PROBE PAINTINGS THEFT FROM NORTH BELFAST HOME

PSNIPOLICE are appealing for information following a burglary of a dwelling house in the Sharonmore Avenue area of Newtownabbey.

Some time between 6.00pm on Friday, 28 February and 2.00am on 1 March a house was entered.

A number of paintings were stolen, some of which are by artist Markey Robinson. Two flatscreen TVs, Digital camera, Laptop, quantity of jewellery and a number of other items were also stolen.

Police would ask anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has any information to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
