Powerteam, Northern Ireland’s largest high voltage (HV) electrical design and build company, which specialises in the construction and refurbishment of electrical substations and overhead lines, has joined the global VINCI Energies Group of Companies following its recent acquisition by VINCI Energies UK plc.
VINCI Energies, which generates a turnover of over €9 billion per annum, is a leading player in global electrical energy and infrastructure technology services with 64,000 employees operating from over 1500 business units in 45 countries.
Managing Director of Powerteam, Alastair Dawson said: “As a company we are now a part of, and have access to, VINCI Energies substantial pan-European resources and wealth of experience which we will use to further build on our successes over the last number of years.”
