On the run wanted prisoner Ryan Hughes

THIS is Ryan Hughes who is currently “unlawfully at large” after failing to return prison from Christmas “home leave.”

Hughes, who was due back at Magilligan jail on December 31 last, was serving a sentence for driving with excess alcohol, causing grievous bodily injury by driving and burglary.

The 25-year-old has also convictions for disorderly behaviour, resisting police and possession of a class B controlled drug.

He is described as 1.78 m tall, medium build with a fresh complexion, brown eyes and black hair.

His distinguishing marks include a crucifix tattoo on his lower left arm and scars on his nose, right hand and right knee.
