Police are investigating recent spate of damage to tourist signs

POLICE are investigating damage caused to a number of “City Sightseeing” signs in recent weeks.

In the latest incident, a sign close to Derry’s Guildhall was damaged sometime between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on Saturday last, November 16.

A PSNI spokesperson said it was believed the damage was being caused during daylight hours.

The spokesperson asked anyone with information about the incident to contact police on 0845 600 8000 or a member of their local Neighbourhood Team directly – details can be found on the PSNI website.
