SUCCESSFUL strategies for employee engagement is the key theme of the CBI’s second annual HR Conference to be held at the University of Ulster campus on 14 November 2013.

The event has been sponsored by the Equality Commission, Parity and the Ulster Business School.

The event, which will feature a keynote address from Employment and Learning Minister Stephen Farry MLA, follows on from a successful initial conference in 2012 and has attracted an attendance of 150 senior HR professionals from the local business community and further afield.
