Man due in court over car crash in Derry at the wekend

A 28-year-old man is due to appear at Derry Magistrates Court this morning charged with assault, dangerous driving and driving while unfit.

The charges are believed to be related to an incident in the Ballyarnett area of Derry on Sunday night last when a car crashed into a house in Cornshell Fields.

No one was injured in the collision.
