BELFAST City Council is kicking off Belfast Restaurant Week.

It is inviting the public to visit its mini food city (5-6 October 2013) and sample fantastic local produce brought to you by local restaurants in the opulent grounds of Belfast City Hall.

The public can meet some of the heroes of Belfast Restaurant Week, local producers and enjoy chef talks, demonstrations, music and entertainment.

Taste and Dine at City Hall is the grand launch of Belfast Restaurant Week and a showcase celebration of the amazing food on offer throughout the city.

It runs from 11.30am – 7pm.
