DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Organised Crime Branch have charged two men over a £618,000 herbal cannabis haul.
Officers uncovered the drugs after stopping two cars in Antrim on Thursday during a planned covert surveillance operation.
The men, aged 50 and 53, have been charged with possession of class B drugs.
The suspects are further accused of possession of the drugs with intent to supply, and being concerned in supply of class B drugs, namely cannabis.
They are expected to appear in court in Ballymena Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
