Police are appealing for information after a house was ransacked and cash and jewellery were stolen

DETECTIVES are investigating after a house was burgled last weekend.

Sometime between 7.00 pm and 8.45 pm the house was broken into and a number of rooms ransacked.

A sum of cash and a quantity of jewellery was stolen.

Detectives would ask anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area of Orchard Road, Strabane to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
