Pollce charge two over £500,000 worth of cannabis plants seized in Co Down on Friday

COPS have charged two people after smashing a £500,000 cannabis factory inside a Chinese restaurant.

A 46-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman are accused of cultivating cannabis and having the plants with intent to supply.

The charges follow a bust on Friday in Main Street, Greyabbey, Co Down.

The pair due in Ards Magistrates’s Court today (Monday).
