DETECTIVES are investigating after two teenagers were taken to hospital with stab wounds.
The pair were at an “anti-social” bonfire in the Torrens Link area of the New Lodge district of north Belfast on Thursday when the attacks happened.
A 16-year-old boy suffered a number stab wounds to his body and hiss condition is described as “serious but stable”.
A 15-year-old girl was also stabbed but her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Anyone with information about the double stabbing is asked to contact police on 0845 600 8000.
Sinn Fein have called for an end to the bomb fires, saying they attracted “anti-social” elements.
