Police launch murder probe after man stabbed to death

DETECTIVES have launched a murder investigation after a migrant worker died in a stabbing.

Officers are at the scene of the fatal stabbing of the man who was living in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.

The PSNI say they are investigating an incident which happened overnight in Woodvale Park in the town.

Crime scene investigators have been tasked to assist in a forensic examination the scene for clues to the killer.

Dungannon has a large population of migrants who work in factories and also on farms.

Last week, a migrant worker was murdered in a Dublin suburb following an all night party.
